Delivery Policy

At Corelio, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and on time. This Delivery Policy outlines our shipping process, delivery timelines, and related terms.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across South Africa, including all major cities, towns, and regional areas.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery time is 8–12 business days from the date of shipment.

Note:

  • Rural or remote areas may require additional time.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g. sales, Black Friday, public holidays), processing and delivery times may be extended.


4. Couriers We Use

We work with reliable courier partners such as:

  • Aramex

  • The Courier Guy

  • Fastway

  • Others depending on your location

These couriers operate during regular business hours (Monday to Friday).


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 4 days of ordering, please contact our support team.


6. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses

If the courier cannot deliver due to:

  • An incorrect/incomplete address

  • No one available to receive the parcel

Your parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, you may be charged for re-delivery. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Courier backlogs

  • Strikes or unforeseen logistical issues

We are not liable for such delays but will always assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.


8. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once your parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, we are not responsible for theft or loss from your address. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery or that you use a secure address.
