🛍️ Orders & Processing

Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: We process all orders within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email once your order has been packed and is ready to ship.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can request a cancellation or change within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order is already being processed and can’t be altered.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We deliver within 8–12 business days across South Africa.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet — we’re currently focused on fast local delivery within South Africa. Stay tuned as we expand.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our website.

Q: What happens if my parcel is delayed?
A: Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier backlogs or address issues. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 12 business days, contact us and we’ll sort it out ASAP.


📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return or exchange my item?
A: Yes — if your item is not on sale and still in original condition, you can request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Q: What items are non-returnable?
A: Any sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Paystack, Yoco, EFT, Debit/Credit Cards, and more. All payments are 100% secure and encrypted.

Q: My payment didn’t go through — what should I do?
A: Double-check your card details or try a different payment method. If the issue continues, reach out to our support team.
