Refund Policy

At Corelio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within fair and clear guidelines.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be non-sale (regular-priced).

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as Sale or Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Underwear, bodysuits, or intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized products or items with special requests


3. Exchange Policy

We accept size exchanges if the item is in original condition and the requested size is available. All exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

To request an exchange, contact us at support@corelio.co.za with your order number and exchange details.


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or damaged item).


5. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item unless the return is due to:

  • Receiving a defective or incorrect item

  • Missing items in the order

In such cases, Corelio will cover the return shipping.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 7 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider (Paystack/Yoco) or bank.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, email us at support@corelio.co.za.


8. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@corelio.co.za with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos (if needed)

  • Whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange

We’ll respond within 1 business day with the next steps.
