For regular-priced items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We ship directly to South Africa using trusted couriers.
All orders are processed in 1-3 business days.
Delivery takes 8–12 days from the shipping date.
